Digital Product Notice

The Small Business Online Starter Kit is a digital download. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once the files have been delivered.

When Help Is Available

If a customer has trouble accessing the files, opening the ZIP package, or finding the download link, support will help resolve the issue.

Duplicate Purchases

If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, they should contact support with their order details.
