Digital Product Notice
The Small Business Online Starter Kit is a digital download. Because digital products can be accessed, copied, and used immediately after delivery, refunds are generally not offered once the files or access instructions have been delivered.
Download or Access Problems
If you have trouble accessing your download, opening the ZIP package, finding the download link, or using the included files, contact support and we will help resolve the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact support with your order details. Duplicate purchase requests are reviewed case by case.
